* Fdisk on Mounted Volume will Crash Client
Description: If a client has mounted a volume exported by the server, running
fdisk on it will crash the client. This does not happen on local drives. Of
course, people should not run fdisk on a mounted volume anyway :)
Proposed Solution 1: Note in FAQ
Proposed Solution 2: Fix in code

* "Heng Ngi" Bug on Disconnect
Description: In rare situations with two clients and two servers in the same
Group, should one client be loaded and unloaded (hs-client restart) many times
(minimum five times), the same client *MAY* crash should both servers be
unloaded (hs-server stop) later. The other client is not affected unless it
too has been loaded and unloaded many times. Difficult to reproduce and
verify.
Proposed Solution 1: Fix in code
