Do you have the S2 Works CD's and wish the bonus CD had a cover? Or that Second Impact had a back cover?

Another back cover has been added for "The Birthday of Rei Ayanami" CD.

Well, you are not alone, and thanks to the Internet I have been able to make one for a CD case (not included)

Here is all you have to do

First, you will need to buy a CD case
Then you will need a printer (B/W will do, but color is best)
Sheets of letter sized paper
(It is recomended that you use a thick sheet of letter sized paper for the front)
A pair of scisors or a razor blade and a cutting board

Once you have these items, click on the images below and print them out

Once you have printed them out, carefully remove the cd holder piece, cut out the images and follow the simple instructions for the back cover

fold at the points indicated below

If you did not use a thick sheet of paper for the front cover, you may want to put a small piece of Scotch tape on the inside so that it does not fall out

And that is it, be sure to use caution with a razor blade
