Draft Khmer keyboard (version 4)

This is a draft. Some possible issues that come to my mind are:

  • Too much crowding (we might not be able to print this): we'll ask our printer if this is doable.
  • The text for space needs to be updated
  • The recommendation that we got also included Khmer text on Alt,Ctrl and Shift keys - we don't know if that is possible or not (lack of space)
