  1. download CollectionStick.zip to your USB drive and expand it,
  2. safely remove the USB drive from your computer,
  3. plug the USB drive into the laptop,
  4. turn on the laptop,
  5. wait for the laptop to turn itself off,
  6. plug the USB drive back into your computer,
  7. send back the laptops.dat file and wait for further instructions.
