Simple 'helper' template to reference tickets in dev.laptop.org.

Usage

  | ticket   <!-- UNNAMED PARAMETER — number of the ticket -->
  | title    <!-- UNNAMED PARAMETER — OPTIONAL — text going before the number
                     (ie: bug, blocker, or whatever text). Default "" -->

Sample
