Thanks for the wikimania demo setup help!

I'll refine the notes into something more presentation-guideline-like after the rush of Wikimania is over (more like "throughout Wikimania as I learn things and teach other people how to demo in my absence") so they become something useful to other folks - but thanks for all your advice & tips and help!
