This one is for North Americans only.<\/strong> Full disclosure: I was contacted by M80<\/a>, a grassroot marketing agency, who is representing Warner Brothers. Since I’m such a sellout and I’m lazy to fill this blog with actual original content, I agreed to help them publicize this.<\/p>\n The contest<\/a> involves mixing your own Appleseed: Ex Machina<\/a><\/strong> trailer using the soundtrack and footage provided. Apparently there is a built-in editor on the website, which probably<\/em> means that you can’t use your own preferred video editing software with all the cool effects you learnt from wasting your life on making AMVs on YouTube.<\/p>\n The trailer with the most user votes wins. The winner gets a free trip to San Francisco in February for WonderCon<\/a>.<\/p>\n The contest ends on February 7th<\/strong> and the DVDs for the movie will be out in stores on March 11th.
