This is a competition for <strong>Singaporean artists<\/strong> (or those who think they are artists anyway), so if you are one of the 6 billion people who don&#8217;t live on this tiny island, then stop reading and go watch Macross Frontier 23.<\/p>\n<p class=\"caption\"><a href=\"http:\/\/graphite.nusanime.com\/\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.darkmirage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/12_graphite.jpg\" alt=\"Anime Festival Asia\" style=\"width:400px; height:250px;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.darkmirage.com\/2008\/09\/03\/anime-festival-asia-08-press-conference\/\">previously-mentioned<\/a> AFA08, NUS Comics Animation Society is organizing <a href=\"http:\/\/graphite.nusanime.com\/\">Graphite 2008<\/a>, an illustration competition. There are two categories: <strong>Character Design<\/strong> (i.e. well-exposed mo\u00c3\u00a9 girls or homoerotic bishounens), and <strong>Short Story Manga<\/strong> (i.e. complicated in-jokes that no one but the author and two other fan girls understand.)<\/p>\n<p>Deadline is <strong>28th September 2008<\/strong>.
