Weird Al is not the latest propangada machine of the RIAA. In fact if you visit his MySpace<\/a> page, you’ll be able to play and download his song “You’re Pitiful”, a parody of the popular “You’re Beautiful” by James Blunt.<\/p>\n James Blunt gave his approval for the parody but his record label didn’t. Weird Al decides to screw the suits and release the song for free through the internet.<\/p>\n “I have a long-standing history of respecting artists’ wishes,” Yankovic writes. “So if James Blunt himself were objecting, I wouldn’t even offer my parody for free on my Web site.
