The cafe name is <strong>@Niaohai<\/strong> (\u00ef\u00bc\u00a0\u00e3\u0192\u2039\u00e3\u0192\u00a3\u00e3\u201a\u00aa\u00e3\u0192\u008f\u00e3\u201a\u00a4), which is the Mandarin reading for the owner&#8217;s surname Toriumi (\u00e9\u00b3\u00a5\u00e6\u00b5\u00b7).<\/p>\n<p class=\"caption\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.yahoo.co.jp\/niaohai55\/folder\/185056.html\"><img src='http:\/\/www.darkmirage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/27_niaohai.jpg' alt='Niaohai' style='width:400px; height:250px;' \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to him, the staff generally consists of university students and they do speak Japanese. Also, they will actually sit down to chat with the customers, something you don&#8217;t really see in Japan. The d\u00c3\u00a9cor looks better than most of the maid\/cosplay caf\u00c3\u00a9s I&#8217;ve been to in Japan and the price is about the same: 40 RMB (about 5.30 USD) for a cup of coffee. (About twice as expensive as Starbucks in China.)<\/p>\n<p>The caf\u00c3\u00a9 is located in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jinjiangtower.com\/\"><strong>Jin Jiang Tower<\/strong><\/a>, which belongs to a hotel chain that has presence all over China.
