Wow. When I was in high school this guy I knew had to write a 2000 word essay on the history of war. He turned it 2 Xeroxed photos from his history book with a note saying, “Because a picture is worth a thousand words, I included two.” Failed the assignment, but the teacher was impressed.

I saw the post he made the night before about (not) writing the essay. The responses were pretty helpful – for 4chan of course. Of course, this event spawned many spoof images, including the birth of the memes “See you in fall semester, Mike” and “Did you mean ‘bane’?” (in caps, lol).
